We have had a great trip so far. I have not seen dad in over a year and it is so nice to be here now. Dad could not believe how big Hyrum is when he saw him for the first time this morning. I only got to see him for an hour or so before they took Dan and Megan to the Airport. They are gone now but we were promised some good BBQ when they get back. So the rest of us are just taking it easy.
Katie flew in yesterday and Brad and I went pick her up from the airport. She is having fun with all the little kiddies.
Brad and I drove out here and on the way we spent some time in Denver. My old roommate from Gallup lives there so we spent the night with her. She is a friend with benefits! Her parents own two Baskin Robins stores. She took us to one of them and let us have the run of the store. It was so cool!
While we were in the Denver area we went to see Brad's grandma Mangum who will be turning 92 in about a week. It was fun to visit with her. We really have had a great trip so far.
